Manzanillo International Terminal

  • 2003 – Design and construction of the electrical system for 72 reefer plugs.
  • 2003 – Present – Supply of labor for maintenance activities of the terminal electrical, plumbing,
    mechanical, and civil works (yard and berth)
  • 2004 – Design and construction of Medium Voltage Network including 2 substations, 960 reefer plugs, power, and fiber optics connections for 8 STS Post Panamax Hyundai cranes.
  • 2005 – Crane Retro fit of 8 STS diesel powered cranes to electrical system (MV Network and substation)
  • 2006 – Design and construction of electrical system of the administration building. Includes 12,000 m2 of office space, 800 tons of chilled water capacity, back up generation power, redundant transformer system, and fiber optics communications infrastructure. 
  • 2007 – Electrical system for 3 STS Post Panamax and 3 STS super Post Panamax ZPMC Cranes.
    2007 – Electrical design and construction support of MIT logistic Park, warehouse is composed of 100,000m2 of warehouse space.
  • 2008 – Electrical design and construction support of Berth 1 container yard, including High mast lighting
  • 2008 – Installation of 6 180ft hybrid towers for illumination and Wi-Fi communications.
  • 2008 – Installation of DGPS equipment on RTG, Side Picks, and Top Pick yard equipment.
  • 2009 – Electrical design and construction of the Container Yard realignment (Yards C6 to F8)
  • 2010 – Electrical design and construction of the salt water firefighting system and roro yards.
  • 2011 – Electrical design and construction of the expansion system at 4.16KV for the ERTG conversion of 16 machines. Including two substations.
  • 2012 – Electrical design for the expansion of 3 new berths and container yards.
  • 2012 – Electric design and construction of the expansion of the STS crane substation, 3 km of duct banks, connection and energization of 2 Post Panamax and 1 Super Post Panamax STS cranes.
  • 2013 – Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) Electrical Distribution
  • 2014 – 2015 – Berth 8 Electrical Design and Installation.
  • 2016 – 2017 – 90MVA Power barge business development negotiation and management of 115KV substation implementation.
  • 2016 – 2018 – Basic Electric design, construction support, inspection, approvals from regulators and authorities of new 115kv substation, including modifications to the existing network to interconnect.
  • 2017 – Electric design and construction of flip station and 72 pre-trip reefer outlets
  • 2018 – Electric design and construction of Berth 8 reefer outlets.
  • 2018 – Economic and environmental study that led to the replacement of all yard HID fixtures by LED
  • 2019 – 2022 Electrical retrofits for the berth 5 cranes which were increased in height.
  • 2019 – Electrical design and installation of new power supply of CFS building.
  • 2020 – 2021 – Study, design, and installation of two new feeder for two additional Ship to Shore cranes (STS)
  • 2020 – Illumination studies and installation of High Mast Poles for the illumination of one RORO yard 
  • 2020 – 2021 – Design and installation of all electrical infrastructure for the increase in capacity of reefer outlets (270+ units).
  • 2021 – Increase of reefer capacity in Flipstation to 180 units.
  • 2021 – Replacement of all feeder protection relays in substation Fuerza 5.
  • 2022 – 2023 – Design and installation of all electrical infrastructure for the development of a new reefer yard to increase in capacity of reefer outlets (600+ units).
  • 2023 – Electrical and illumination design of new RORO yard.
  • 2023 – Electrical design of new ASC yard.
